DESIGN NARRATIVE
Honest Materials & Courtyard Architecture
An expansive courtyard residence in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad. We honoured the region's rich architectural tradition while introducing an airy, modern aesthetic informed by honest materiality and natural light.
Lime-washed walls in soft chalk tones serve as a quiet backdrop for antique reclaimed teak tables, custom linen-wrapped banquettes, hand-poured terrazzo flooring, and dramatic sculptural ceramics. The palette captures changing sunlight throughout the day.
“Homes must feel lived in, warm, and capable of welcoming family life alongside exceptional art and thoughtful craft.”
